These are the "Waiting For Caller" and "View Panel" screens from Centipede. This is the idle mode for the BBS system. From here you can monitor recent events and check vital statistics for Centipede.

The View Panel is actually a pull-up display that can be viewed at any time. It has been left out of the other screen shots - but it is always available. The top of the panel is always shown on the '26th' row of the screen.
